Oh, for the love of food...

“The winter slips away, and what tales she leaves behind. We put our Valentines Day coat ‘on a puddle’ in the name of romance, Urban Mixer’s. ‘This is Milano’ rode in on Ducati ® ultra bikes and our sommelier has created such a cool tasting program, that even the wines around here are nosing, swilling and comparing! Our new menu is posted and actuated with great success! The tastes have lightened as have the dishes sobriety, but I keep Lyons and Girona close. As Mary-Anne from Fresh Off The Boat is stuffing our coffers with fabulous sea fare weekly, I’ve found muse in both the products I scrounge for, and the stories they have yet to tell. “Our little restaurant was conceived by accident really, forged from a love of world restaurant culture and commenced by a pang for lost time. We tailored the daintiest coin purse we could from our sows ear, and have endured unnecessary criticism and scrutiny from our peers and detractors with broad smiles.

Family has sustained us while the magicians of our trade continue to inspire us. And yet food, delicious and exciting, is still all that matters here, and our guests comfort remains more than paramount. We cannot be distracted.”
